Description
The basic automatic curtain pleater. A simple and basic automatic sewing workstation that can pleat, sew and tack the curtain in one step of a pedal. Machine can do single, double and triple pleat by simply adding or removing pleating metals. The pleating will be done at the same time when the sewing and tacking, therefore increasing the production efficiency at its highest.
Simple pleating mechanism design, equipped with only two air cylinders which have been synchronized with the sewing control system, low maintenance.

2. Pleat Distance: 100mm – 250mm
