S-ATS-2B Automatic Dual-Head Longitudinal Towel Overlocking Machine

Description

The S-ATS-2B is an automatic dual-head overlocking machine designed for continuous finishing of both longitudinal edges of towel fabric. Fabric is fed directly from the roll, automatically aligned by the web-guiding system, and conveyed through two overlock sewing heads that simultaneously finish both side edges.

The machine provides stable fabric feeding, accurate edge alignment, and consistent overlock stitching. It can be operated as a standalone longitudinal edge-finishing unit or integrated with a transverse cutting and overlocking machine to form a fully automatic four-side towel production line.
