S-ATS-4B Fully Automatic Towel Cutting and Four-Side Overlocking Machine

The S-ATS-4B is a fully automatic production line designed for cutting and four-side overlocking of microfiber towels and similar rectangular textile products. Fabric is fed directly from the roll, slit to the required width, overlocked along both longitudinal edges, cut to the preset length, and then overlocked along the two transverse edges. The finished products are automatically discharged and stacked.

The machine integrates automatic fabric feeding, width slitting, length measurement, cross-cutting, edge guiding, thread trimming, four-side overlocking, and finished-product collection. It significantly reduces manual handling while providing consistent dimensions and clean, uniform edge finishing.

Different overlock sewing heads and stitch configurations can be selected according to the material and production requirements.
